Akmal Restaurant files for Criminal Charges Against Dissatisfied Customers

Samania Akmal-Himphill claims Harassment against sickened dissatisfied customers. A loyal customer complained of roaches found in cooked food. When presented to owner Samania Akmal, owner of Akmal Indian Restaurant and Groceries, Samania Denied everything.

Samania further went on stating, "Lies, lies, lies"!! Cockroaches found were presented to her, and she denied everything. She immediately reached for the phone to call police. When police arrived, the dissatisfied customer explained to the police that cockaroaches were found in the dish, and upon notice, the owner, shouted, "lies, Lies, Lies"! How dare you?." The customer refused to pay the bill which is why the restaurant owner called the police.

The owner now wants to file criminal charges of theft, and harassment. The customer is now faced with theft and harassment charges and is furious of how the co-owner of the restaurant handled the matter.
